SHIPPING COST & TIMES:
For USA customers we offer a low $5.95 flat-rate shipping option. The flat-rate transit time ranges from 4-10 business days. Need your order faster? During your checkout process you may choose Express (2 - 3 business days) or Priority (3 - 4 business days). If you have a specific date that you need your order by, please state it in the "Comments" box in the "Delivery Information" section of the checkout process so that we can make every effort to accomodate your needs.

You will receive a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION number via email when your order has shipped.

For Non-USA customers, during the checkout process you will get live shipping quotes from the U.S.P.S. Website based on the approximate weight of each item, so you will be paying very close to the actual shipping charge. You will be able to choose from the available transit times stated in the "Delivery Information" section.

You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
ALL items are inspected and then carefully packaged for shipping. Please inspect your package(s) and contents carefully. If there is a discrepancy, please keep the container and all of the packaging then contact Customer Service or call 1.800.608.9208 for a quick resolution.

RETURNS:
Enchanted Gifts & Collectibles offers only the FINEST QUALITY fantasy related products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to know about it. Please contact Customer Service or call 1.800.608.9208. You have our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days for a refund of your original purchase price (less shipping charge).

REFUNDS:
Refunds are issued as the same payment type used to receive funds or Gift Voucher may be issued to you if you choose.

COMPETITOR PRICE MATCHING:
If you find a lower price with an online retail competitor (U.S. based ONLY) on a specific item we carry, we would like the chance to match the total price. The competitors item must be:

• New in original packaging.
• Same size, color, style, condition than the one we offer.
• Offered at a lower price to include shipping charges and/or membership fees.
